How long does the fragrance last?

With regular air conditioner use, the fragrance lasts approximately 30 days.*

Will Wellow fit my air conditioner?

Yes. Wellow is designed for wall-mounted units and is compatible with most other air conditioner types. If you are unsure how to install it, please contact us.

Will Wellow affect my air conditioner's performance?

No. The product is designed not to restrict airflow or interfere with your air conditioner's operation.

Can I fragrance a room without cooling or heating?

Simply switch your air conditioner to fan-only mode. The airflow will naturally diffuse the fragrance throughout the room without any cooling or heating — this is one of the key advantages of wellow.

What if I no longer want the fragrance to diffuse?

Wellow is magnetically attached, so you can remove or store it whenever you don't want to use it. Reattaching takes only a few seconds.

Are the fragrances safe?

Yes. All fragrance ingredients are registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and meet the requirements for safe indoor use.

Can the cartridge be refilled?

The current version is not refillable. We are working on a future version with a replaceable insert.
